Excellent products, wonderful co-workers who are smart, creative and some departments are happier than others. Company wide get togethers that are fun...

Cons

Very political environment and management team is somewhat disjointed with a mix of strong and weak managers. Also, people seem to get fired at the drop of the hat for what seems to be very arbitrary issues. At the same time, there are deadwood and incompetents who seems to be able to hang on for years... Company actions can border on unethical at times.
