Pros
Talented and dedicated colleagues will keep you going. Nice office space although is decorated with some of the owner's art that is in bad taste.
Cons
Upper management rules with a heavy hand but do not communicate clearly on company direction or policy. HR type dealings are not correctly carried out. HR emails talk about performance improvement plan but people are let go all the time with no warning. It seems to be only because an upper manager did not like them. On the flip side, some employees have spent their full career at the company and have old bad habits from when the company was small that effect everyones progress, but manager continues to reward these favorite people.
