where to begin? - when people quit/get fired, those positions are rarely ever filled, so with less people, everyone is expected to take on more workload (2+ jobs for each person) - no work/life balance - promotions are few and far between - hr cannot be trusted and doesn't have employees best interests at heart - superiors claim to value feedback, but in reality they have their own agenda and your expected to follow it - no questions asked
