Great co-workers & free food.

Cons

They unfairly restrict benefits, and do not disclose this before you sign up. You believe you're receiving a competitive offer...but you're NOT. Basically if you use all your sick time, then you're canned. Why allocate 6 days, if I can only use 3 days before being disciplined? Everything must be approved by corporate, and Buyers are negatively marked for making changes to computer generated PO's. Corporate does not trust their Buyers/Merchandisers. EXTREMELY OUT DATED ERP SYSEM (DOS). TOTAL JOKE.

Free M&M's, Holiday party, decent bonus when it is paid out but not guarenteed.

Cons

Very Old school. ERP used is very old, some area migrating over to SAP. A lot of change which can be good but the leadership is very "moody"
