You shouldn't have PTSD from a work experience

Pros

If you consider oblivious non-accountable management a pro, this is the place for you. They try to call themselves leaders, they've showed me what a leader should NOT be.

Cons

if you love silos and knowledge hoarding, if you live toxic, mental abuse, if you love being a mean girl, if you love racist comments, if you love people characterizing other people as people with active shooter tendencies just to be mean girls, this is the place for you. if you like being told what to do with your workspace and having it stepped on by others, or conversations interrupted, or hiding numbers from customers so numbers are in our favor, if you just are all around an accountability denyer, and are able to redirect responsibility to someone other than yourself, this is the place for you.

Pros

There are no pros of working here. Ooops. just one they are associated with PFG and Core Mark. If you need free housing because you will basically never leave there.

Cons

You might say im just bitter . Ill start with policies that they violate themselves yet they make you take hours of classes online for them. Long Long hours then the manager who's never worked a single night questions you so he doesn't have to pay them. Incentive they dont pay because they will hit you with “errors” that they cant even track correctly . Errors from months ago thats right months ago . Also they hit you with “code” which is basically down time . They write you up for it even if the reason was that you couldnt work due to system issues. Which happen everyday. They promise things like tickets , raises or other bs things that never get delivered. Just to make you not call in on a holiday week or heavy work week. People leave when they want. They had 2 supervisors forking, loading, training, selecting and supervising all night that left. Now they have 4-5 people trying to do their jobs they actually had to fly them in from another state. Dont believe me? Ask current employees and former employees

Pros

Benefits are good, but that's about it

Cons

The CEO doesn't run the company, but the VP of HR does. She says "jump", and everyone had better ask how high.
