- management doesn't care about employees, your a cog, they feel anyone is replaceable and they don't care abou your feelings. - insurance is terrible for the work you do. - supervisors.are allowed to yell, belittle you, treat you how they see fit, they have no idea how to cultivate positive moral. - they care about your personally or your personal life.
