It may be a con for some people, but not for me. Honesty is valued over flattery here. If you can't handle criticism, it's not for you.

You will be treated like garbage until you quit or hate yourself. Supervisors will actually seek out ways to screw you over once they’ve realized they messed up. No community. You will not see your family if you work here. Most of the guys that work here are divorced because they travel too much but aren’t willing to leave because they make money while they travel. The overtime is NOT worth it. I reported my back thrown out once in early January, Visu responded with “take it easy” and then the next day sent me to carry an 80lb winch through a field of snow and back. Seriously? Most of the coworkers here have the stereotypical “macho man” complex, smoke cigarettes, ridicule you for holding different values even though most of them don’t know what ridicule means. I would only recommend people I hate to apply here. I made a couple good friends, I made as many enemies.
