      Pros

      One of the better small businesses. Ravi is always available to talk, so you always feel supported. He even has been known to offer more than emotional support. You need something, just ask. Ravi goes the extra mile for you.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunities outside position you're offered, but most small businesses have that problem. Same goes for insurance. Worth it to work for a flat organization, though.

      Pros

      Pretty good company to work for. The CEO really does try to take care of his employees. Competitive salary and decent benefits.

      Cons

      My only complaint is that there were a few different assistants in HQ over the years which occasionally made directions for the head office confusing at times. But the person currently in the position has been there a little while and is super helpful!

      Pros

      After having been in a bate and switch situation in the past, I think the first major "pro" with VisualSoft was that they had the type of work I really wanted. All of the VisualSoft employees at the customer site were leads or well respected, so that made me feel good about their talent selection and customer reputation. I'll add that I had a personal situation come up unexpectedly and it's not often that the CEO of a company takes a personal interest in seeing things work out for you. That was my experience and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to work with them. The only reason I'm not still employed with VisualSoft is that I accepted a Federal Gov. position.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect, but I didn't have any negative experiences to speak to.
