      I worked for VisualSoft Inc for 2 years as the Director of Infrastructure Practice. The company is led by a dynamic CEO that cares about every individual in the company. He has the vision to bring innovative software solutions, include mobile applications, to enterprise-class and small business clients. Visualsoft Inc pays very well and they have competitive salaries. I only left because our contract ended with the client after a recompete. I would definitely work for VisualSoft again and I highly recommend them. I only left because our contract ended with the client after a recompete.       Pros

      Visual Soft was a great company to work for. This company is very understanding of Military commitments. They were very efficient in the interview and hiring process. The leadership and administrative personnel are very responsive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      It would have been nice to start with PTO and sick time, instead of using PTO for both. But the company was flexible about rearranging your work hours in order to avoid using all your PTO.

      Location is in the nice area

      Cons

      The company doesn’t create any new IT products, applications or processes. It doesn’t have human, financial or technical resources to function as a real IT company. The environment in the office is negative and toxic; the management lacks what it takes to be a business leader – there is no vision or a strategy on how to run a successful company with continuous growth, how to build teams, motivate employees or create positive and encouraging work environment. Hence, there are no Prime contracts.
