Pretty cool to work for a market leader. Competitors don't have their act together, so opporunity exists. Some good/fun people in the lower ranks.

Cons

Firm is losing money. No stratregy, direction, or quality management to pull it back. (Check financials) Everyone clocks in (salaried employees too). No trust from CEO who knows it all and his his select few who can do no wrong. Cannot recommend coming to work here unless you are unemployed and need the money.

Pros

Overtime during peak, 30 minute lunch, two 15 minute breaks , cross-trained in all areas, some incentives (at least for a short period of time.

Cons

Don't get 40 hours a lot of the time off-peak, incentives drop off, when hired you have no input as to what area you start in and if you do not master that area you cannot move on to another area (during training).
