Pros
Benefits are okay. I got along with everyone fine. Hope Kroger will do some much needed improvements!
Cons
Hours of operation need some improvement. To much favoritism going on. They need to train more people in different areas instead of getting the same people over and over again to work those areas. People that refuse to do this should be written up instead of doing nothing but just going to the next person. I know some people are not able to do certain jobs but they do have folks that are very capable of doing other jobs and just do not get asked and left in pack to make the incentive money that is only earned in the pack area. I also do not think it is fair for the same people to make all the extra money. No other areas receive this extra incentive pay either.
