      Pros

      Pretty cool to work for a market leader. Competitors don't have their act together, so opporunity exists. Some good/fun people in the lower ranks.

      Cons

      Firm is losing money. No stratregy, direction, or quality management to pull it back. (Check financials) Everyone clocks in (salaried employees too). No trust from CEO who knows it all and his his select few who can do no wrong. Cannot recommend coming to work here unless you are unemployed and need the money.

      good pay benifits depending on what tean that you are working on you might have a good day at work.

      Cons

      unrealistic goals at times. Leadership really needs to do that be leaders and not like high school gossipers. this is work not a fun house
