Get ready for blame and immaturity from the leadership
Pros
Learning experience, career growth opportunity, work for a market leader, enjoy the benefits while they last. Amazing co-workers who will leave a lasting impression on you - friends for life.
Cons
Poor decisions from leadership end up making every employee suffer. Attention deficit disorder from the top distracts everyone. Open workspace environment leaves you unable to concentrate without bringing in headphones (seriously what is the point of open workspaces - cubicle walls are so amazing). Open environment also leads to your witnessing employees being reprimanded or fired without the company exercising discretion. Extreme working hours - you are expected to answer your emails nightly and on the weekends - get ready to rudely bring your cell phone to dinner, and your signìficant other and family will no longer recognise your face without a strange white glow reflecting off of it. Simply awful - no one should have to endure this. Company is now reducing benefits due to upper management not understanding how to use the internet or how to run an internet company and making weird or unbelievable decisions. CEO appears to have favorites but really he doesn't give a crap about people and their wellbeing. Lots of blame/departmental fighting and IT seems to get the brunt of it (they are severely understaffed).
