      Pros

      Competitive Salary and Benefits Creativity and innovation are rewarded. Hard work is recognized The employees are really what makes Vital shine. The company has worked really hard to get exactly the type of employees they want working here. People who are passionate about what they do, marketers, project managers, developers, and designers alike.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance CAN be very good at Vital. However, there are often times when extra hours are required to meet demands of a backlog of work. Agencies can be a stressful place to work. Vital is no exception

      Pros

      The people. Vital has done a good job finding the best people around. Coworkers are smart and fun to work with. Vital is always trying to improve and everyone can play a part in that effort. They have made a lot of investments in people, process, and culture.

      Cons

      Nothing stands out, every company has issues, but generally everyone there is doing their best to make Vital a great place to be.
