      Pros

      I was constantly learning here, and I got to work with so many different team members through the different projects I took on. This is definitely a good place for collaboration and a fun team environment.

      Cons

      Work life balance seemed like it could be better in my opinion, but I think that's pretty standard for agency life

      Great work/life balance; An amazing and supportive team that wants you to succeed; Respectful of everyone's time; Excellent and supportive management; Constantly learning new skills and tools; Fun environment; Room to grow; Portsmouth is a great city to work in (foods, shops, Seacoast, etc.)

      Cons

      Constantly busy which isn't necessarily a con but you'll always have something to do.
