Pros

Friendly, very welcoming company. The CEO and COO are amazing people. Highly recommend! I learned a lot about patient care in an often forgot patient population and learning to collaborate with community resources to provide great patient care and provide resources to these individuals.

Cons

It takes a while to change the culture once VitalCore takes over a site. So people can view vitalcore as the bad guy, since people don’t like change. The sole purpose of this company is for good patient care in an often forgot about population and that view point isn’t for everyone. They truly do care about the patients and the staff.
