      I am very pleased with my decision to join Vitalant. This company has a culture that is welcoming and inclusive. From the interviewing process to on-boarding and beyond, all processes were streamlined and efficient. Response rates to emails and questions were quick and thorough and it made the process of moving to a new company, after many years, very easy. Vitalant truly values their employees and treats them with respect. Changing jobs is never easy, but choosing to move to a company that has a well organized process, engages/values their staff and embraces a culture of diversity and inclusion makes the decision both easy and rewarding, personally and professionally.
