Good benefits, it's nice to know were saving lives.

Cons

Will change your schedule completely 2 days before you need to work then expect you to be on an overnight blood drive, doesnt care about your work and personal life boundries, you need to request time off at least 1 month in advance, if you disagree with corporate you are accused of "not seeing the mission", they will overwork employees, the hours they expect us to work are ridiculous.

Pay is good for licensed staff who have been newly hired. This is a good place to work if you enjoy chaos and putting out fires constantly. If you want to be a hero, this is the place to make yourself feel like one.

Cons

No work life balance, staff never replaced, and work is continually piled on. Constant turnover, lab director is rarely present.
