Pros

Lab and phlebotomists are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Management has gone through several nurses in just the last 2 years, does not take accountability for actions or foster an open door policy. They expect their team members to perform tasks outside of their job description without compensation and if team members decline, leadership will retaliate. I'm thankful I left the company on my own terms.
