Cons

Management is pitifully unaware of how their decisions negatively impact working here. They have no respect for the people that work here and make that clear through their policy decisions. Working under their disrespectful treatment of their employees is demoralizing.

Decent benefits, a paycheck. Good start for a beginning phlebotomist as they will train you .

Cons

You are nothing more than a name on a piece of paper . Too corporate . Constantly understaffed . There were times only two people were working . It was almost impossible to use the restroom. The company would literally call you in the middle of your commute to your work and make you change directions completely to go to another site . Disregard, disrespect , unappreciative of staff.
