The perks are amazing 1 meal every 8 hours you work On-site clinic that's $30 whether you have insurance or not Unlimited fountain drinks free gym Lots of raffles

Cons

Depending on what department you work in, it can be really hard after a while. It gets super monotonous and while the majority of sales reps and techs are nice, you always get one or two that are really mean that day, and sometimes it just ruins your whole day. This is not a long term job. The whole atmosphere and way they make you feel while you work there is that you are replaceable.

Pros

Everyone is super fun, and most people are on friendly terms with the people they work around. The company knows how to get work done, but they know how to keep everyone in good spirits, as to keep productivity momentum continuous. I love my job and I love working here. Lots of growth happening in the company, so lots of opportunities to move up. Tons of perks at corporate, including on-site gym, clinic, and cafeteria. One free lunch a day for full-time (40 hr) employees. My management has been very flexible about time off, and respecting family things, though I know it isn't as easy in a lot of other departments. A good amount of community/charity involvement (has in-house nonprofit organization), and management seems to care about
