      Free food, friendly people, manageable work load. Some downtime at times. Opportunities for advancement or lateral transfers at the least.

      Upper management lies and promises a lot of things to string you along. Needless to say, it never happens.....EVER

      -Some good people to work with, (Other than management team) -Opportunity to travel a lot -Nice if you enjoy working outside

      Cons

      -Horrible, useless and unknowlegable management team -Changed pay structure out of nowhere for no reason except to put more money in their pocket -Any bonuses for jobs complete were only given quarterly. I worked there 6 months and never saw one. -Piece Meal pay structure, along with the amount of hours worked makes it almost impossible to check that you got paid for every job you finished. -They have no problem blaming you if you didn't get paid for complete work -Some really horrible people to work with

      Pros

      Dynamic, exciting company that has grown and will continue to grow at a phenomenal rate. There is incredible growth in home automation, solar, and wireless. You would be lucky to be able to attach to one of those products let alone all three! Opportunities like this in life are once in a lifetime. $2,000,000,000 is just the beginning!

      Cons

      The food is good and free. Might make you gain weight if you're not careful. Must have the desire to succeed. Good work ethic and a genuine passion to help people will go a long way here. Without those you might struggle.
