      Sales-driven culture, with little idea how to retain top-tier executive talent

      Pros

      Free food at the cafeteria, on-site gym and health clinic, ping pong tables and pool tables. Fantastic corporate campus that has beautiful architecture and stunning view of the Wasatch Front.

      Cons

      Lousy medical benefits. No 401K. No profit sharing. No stocks. Politics are rampant and unless you know the right people, it doesn't matter how you perform. There is a lot of pressure to support the sales volume at all costs, and not point out where money is leaking as if through a sieve. The new President/COO is a joke. He's mean-spirited, makes fun of his employees and won't let others enjoy success.
