      Culture of fear at the Innovation Center

      Unlimited PTO, flexible schedule, good pay

      Cons

      You never know when you are going to get the ax or laid off. Upper management is really good at firing people or letting entire departments go. Management and roles are always changing and roles are really unstable

      Pros

      Free lunch, soft drinks. They do a lot of activities/team outings that are pretty cool.

      Cons

      They just had a huge layoff. As a sales company they see everyone who isn't in sales as a burden and won't hesitate to let you go for any reason or no reason. Constantly rotating managers. Ready, Fire, Aim development has created something of a messy code base. Benefits are sub-par.

      Pros

      The only good thing about this place is the swag (unless you're in sales).

      Cons

      No budget outside of sales department, company operates in debt and is currently for sale (management scrambling to make company look profitable), no room for growth (despite what they promise new hires), ABYSMAL communication across entire organization, severely understaffed, epitome of bro culture.
