Pros

Working part time evenings decent hours

Cons

The place is run by kids (mellineals) that do whatever they want. There is not integrity from the senior alarm reps, they will not admit when they are wrong and this is even taught during training in which there is not enough of. I was on a pre-employment approved vacation, as soon as my plane landed i got a voice mail asking why i was not at work. The senior rep did not even bother to check the vacation schedule prior to calling my cell. More hands on experience is needed. They are constantly hiring due to the fact that this is a poor working environment with a bunch of kids seeking to get over any way that they can.

Pros

I enjoy 2 months off per year, free vacations, company wide charity work, awesome coworkers, ability to advance, providing customers a smart home at a good price.

Cons

No company provided insurance, but I am a contracted employee so it's expected. I am overplayed, it's a serious problem

Pros

Travel opportunities occasionally, pays the bills, made some good friends, sometimes my boss would buy me lunch. There wasn't much to like here.

Cons

Working as an office assistant for a satellite office was terrible. Management was a joke. Nobody showed up in the office until 4pm, everybody ran at least 30 minutes late to everything, I was treated as a completely disposable resource even though the office literally would have fallen apart without me. There was no organization at all. No communication. I was asked to work 10am-6pm, then routinely asked to stay until 7 or 8pm but also asked not to clock any overtime hours. I was regularly reprimanded for things that were completely out of my control, such as equipment malfunctioning and my boss's poor scheduling and time management skills. I recommend avoiding this company unless you work at corporate headquarters in Utah.
