My experience from December: Day 1- Meet and greet/ get to know company Day 2- Told that the Netsuite implementation (half my job description) was delayed indefinitely for cost reasons Day 4- Told indirectly through staffing firm that I was let go

*Most of the individual people I work with on a daily basis are great. They would take a bullet for each other. *Flexible work hours due to customers in various time zones. * Benefits are ok. *Pay is adequate.

Cons

*Despite multiple efforts to improve, communication between departments is almost non-existent. This results in nobody knowing what the other is doing and and ultimately creates more problems. *Management doesn't communicate well which makes it feel like the company has no direction or plan. * Every department is very cliquey and quick to pass blame. * Our internal tooling/support system is almost non-existent now. * It feels like this company is held together with duct tape.
