The idea behind the software was good in theory, just not in the actual developing.

Cons

To many managers, directors, VPs running around with all different agendas.

Pros

Team members were very helpful with one another and relaxed environment. At the same time, managers allows you to pursue your goals while working on a project.

Cons

There were downsizing that happen especially when New Zealand HQ was cut out. Now, this is a big effect on employers that worked in New Zealand but the business decision is to move the developers in US, which in some way make sense for developers and analyst to work together side by side.
