Pros

The small company vibe here is great, so the office has a family vibe. It was fun to come into the office and get work done while also enjoying the people there. I also love the opportunity that is given to so many to grow in skill sets and leadership. Individuals are trusted to contribute and build out their groups to improve the company as a whole.

Cons

The only negatives have come from the pandemic with some amazing talent being furloughed- and that isn’t the fault of the company.

Pros

There have been a lot of changes in the last year. They've added a lot of great benefits for individuals and families that they didn't have before. Company is constantly trying to improve and get feedback from everyone. I do feel current management is supportive and striving to help our company grow. With Covid currently going on, it can't be easy but they're doing their best to keep everyone's moral high. Everyone I've worked with have been very kind and helpful. The team I directly work with are very smart, hard working and dedicated. This makes me very hopeful for this company's future amidst all that is going on in the world.

Cons

Still a growing company with a few things that need to be adjusted in terms of process and procedures.

Opportunity to work on new technology and Cloud computing. Provide onsite consulting services to clients throughout the United States. Work along side Industry experts and highly skilled software developers.

Lack of feedback from management regarding job performance.
