      1. Lots of work and learning in different domains of salesforce. They have some great products too. 2. Great management 3. Work life balance

      Pros

      I learn a lot from Vlocity. The bosses are kind, appreciative, and highly knowledgable. Work load and expectations are attainable. Work conditions are flexible too. As long as you deliver your work on time, you are free to do work any where at your convenience.

      Cons

      Since work environment is flexible, it is always a challenge to bring excellence on the table. If your a person that prefers to wait for orders all the time, it would be difficult to excel as a lot of employees thinks like a leader
