      Pros

      Speed with direction, that is what Vlocity is all about. Like any other medium sized company whose product is doing really well in the market, Vlocity is also an equally competent player. Great CTC, great work culture , great cohesion amidst different departments are some of the striking features ought to be mentioned.

      Cons

      Work from home is not encouraged. Hence post Covid whenever that is you might be asked to get back to office.

      Pros

      People are great, work-life balance as for start-up is nice

      Cons

      Top management of engineering. Very bad pay for some especially early employees, non-existent yearly performance review, no raises or bonuses (horrible horrible experience). Tech not so much, old methodologies.
