Most of the peole there are really, genuinely nice, works hard and gets things done.

Cons

There were a lot. One that specifically crippled my position was “all” decisions were made by one person. Had to ask for this person’s permission for everything. This isn’t a problem if that person were responsive, but in this case, he was never responsive, thus projects stalled, media interviews canceled and opportunities lost. No leadership in my group. The manager was a yes man to the top.
