Lots of empty promises

Pros

- The people are great. There's some smart people who are trying as hard as they can to deal some tough difficulties. - interesting problems and fast paces work environment.

Cons

- Screwed employees over on compensation - had to threaten to leave to get a raise - turn over is high because people are burning out as management finds it impossible to make any moves - Everything feels very stationary.

not fit for new graduate, the management are not honor and professional. They will hire you very quickly and gave you some promises but won't fulfill the promise.
