Great people, great product, first class environment. Work/life balance is respected; management respects the knowledge and abilities of the contributors.

Cons

Some processes are kind of backward and need improving; others are top-notch. Lots of technical debt, like any company plowing this much new ground.

Pros

Very flexible hours as long as the job is done No routine, there are always some interesting tasks to be solved It is possible to finish the job and do some interesting R&D

Cons

The goals are sometimes fuzzy (especially for the new and smaller projects). It takes a lot of back and forth communication to figure out what exactly is expected and what is the plan. Lack of well defined processes even though there has been some effort to address this issue here and there. Career opportunities are very fuzzy.
