Pros

The company has grown a lot in a few years I was there. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. I enjoyed my time there. - Lots of room to advance. - Decent benefits. - Your voice matters. - Fun projects to work on.

Cons

- Needs to diversify customer base so money isn't coming in by just a few clients. - Projects' scopes would constantly change because of upper management. - Low 401K match.

Working here has been great! Learning new technologies, AWS Focus and leading the industry is awesome!

Cons

Leadership is confused. They ask to have policies and procedures created, but none of the management is willing to enforce it.
