Plenty of freedom to complete assigned work. Always a lot of work to do. Never a boring environment. Office space is nice.

Cons

Absolutely no benefits. No promotion path. Many meetings. Often little clarity.Very tight space as company is growing.

Cutting edge scenarios that the company is working on in speech recognition, natural language understanding and cloud services provide very exciting and stimulating work environment. Above average engineering team. Great vision. Opportunity to make huge difference. Very diverse and friendly environment. Open door policy with execs. Opportunity to collaborate with top companies in various market segments.

Cons

Not enough training opportunities, tough schedules, non liquid equity compensation. Some commitments to customers are very challenging to satisfy within the budget and available timeline.
