Solid software product and customer base.Incredibly talented, intelligent, and collaborative colleagues,Wonderful and helpful companions, IT staff always willing to help.Proactive HR Team,Lots of company team building events, such as happy hours, Birthday parties. There are no any Pros as such.

1.They don't have any projects. 2.No clients 3.They may delay your salary. 4.No increment at all.You may expect some negative increment. 5.Some mangers,tech leads are doing project side by side and not focusing in the company's project. 6.Highly political environment. 7.HR will change their policy in every month.
