Switching between technologies is normal, You may be assigned to new project in different technology that you need to learn expecting same productivity. May not suit everyone.

- CEO has good vision. - For embedded domain, It is good company.

Cons

- Software division is worst - Technical leaders behavior and technically are not good - So much politics as specially in software division - Short term projects - Only management close people are getting benefits.
