Hostile work environment Lack of communication from higher ups Unnecessary micromanaging from management Low pay Very boring work Lack of boundaries Unrealistic expectations for some employees but not others Lack of management skills Poor trainings Management talks about employees behind their backs No mentorship for new employees Racist (subtle micro aggressions) The good reviews that you see on here are from current employees who are trying to weigh out all the bad reviews and have been instructed by upper management to do so. Don’t be fooled by them. This is the worst company I have ever worked.

(Not an exaggeration at all) *Shady business practices that prey on foolish business owners *Poor pay and incentives are never reached because there's essentially no deal flow *Colleagues and management will steal deals from you behind your back *Extremely slow business wise and you're lucky to close 1 deal every few years *Lots of gossip behind peoples back, basically they act like a bunch of high school girls lol *Extremely racist colleagues and management
