*Horrible management/unqualified *Extremely toxic culture *Micromanage all day-to-day activities *All you do is cold emailing and cold calling...ALL...DAMN....DAY.... (Not an exaggeration at all) *Shady business practices that prey on foolish business owners *Poor pay and incentives are never reached because there's essentially no deal flow *Colleagues and management will steal deals from you behind your back *Extremely slow business wise and you're lucky to close 1 deal every few years *Lots of gossip behind peoples back, basically they act like a bunch of high school girls lol *Extremely racist colleagues and management
