      Pros

      The job perks and small work environment are nice. The salary was also a nice job perk with many internships in the area being unpaid.

      Cons

      There is a lot of drama internally among different employees and many people bad mouth one another and there bosses. It was pretty sad to see.

      The company atmosphere overall is very friendly, casual, and absolutely allows the employees great work-life balance.

      Cons

      The salary that was offered was well below the market average, the quarterly bonuses that were promised were never delivered and the pay raises as well as the opportunity for advancement are literally non-existent.

      Cafe right next to offices, friendly plant workers, lots of tech to get work done

      Cons

      IT system very convoluted, management is meant to reach corporate goals and may avoid what might help the plant, poor vision for future goals other than "produce more, spend less"
