Pros

Benefits are good, and people are great.

Cons

The majority of the people in the company are "trackers" whose jobs consist of asking the rest of the people if their work is done yet. Engineers are kept out of project meetings, then given their tasks to do at the last minute with out sufficient information or resources. A very frustrating place to work as an engineer.

Pros

no pressure at work and decent amount of allowed time off. you can keep your job without doing much work.

Cons

No room to advance and grow and strict one-way communication from the management. 'Global' way is Swedish way and no real clear goal or vision other than big talks from the management.

Pros

Great opportunities based on market demands. Great team to work with and freedom to work. Very Diverse environment and if you are lucky you can visit headquarters Sweden to get cultural exposure.

Cons

Some of the senior management In North America is very political environment. They don't allow to grow and more white dominated males and they don't like junior members challenging them. They take it very personal.
