      Good team spirit amongst those who have helped build a strong foundation

      Cons

      Far too many changes with very confused directions. Appointments of "friends" rather than deserving candidates. Was a great place to work now losing it's way. Focus on hiring young inexperienced rather than acknowledging those who have helped get the company ahead.
