      Good people, everyone is open and helpful

      Cons

      The WoW is super frustrating - lots of meetings with 20 or 30 or 40 people invited. Way to much time listening to unrelated discussions

      Pros

      I was glad to be part of an OEM at a high level, and Greensboro HQ has very nice campus and amenities.

      Cons

      I was fired months before contract ending, for seemingly no reason given. Reasons given were because of a 'lack of interest' and taking a longer than usual lunch break on one occasion. My boss knew I was planning on getting married in a few months, and knew I moved from states away to join Volvo so the there was no lack of interest. I sent an email to an HR employee and other managers on Linkedin asking for advice or an avenue to a different team. They didn't respond.

      Annual Bonuses, 401K, 24 days PTO starting off. Great work culture.

      Cons

      Not much room for negotiation on starting salary since the company bases off an internal salary bracket.
