Pros
Nice pay for the entry level salary jobs and the high level management jobs. Not so much for the mid-level employee. Verbal harassment is not tolerated, even for management... that person will be gone very quickly.
Cons
No pictures or personal items at desk Strict dress code (Tie / Pantyhose). No food, music or drinks in office or at desk. So many strict policies, some written, some unwritten. They even conflict with eachother. It has become such a problem the word "Policy" is a big no-no word if you are heard. They don't want people discussing it... No flex time. Unrealistic expectations of work output.
