      I do like the work that I do.

      Cons

      Literally, everything else about the company. These people are awful. The worst part is that employees aren't treated like humans. When you work for Von Maur, you are considered a thing at best.

      I’ve meet quite a few great people here

      Cons

      Micromanaging managers, some DMs think they are higher up when Management makes the rules for the depts, they don’t want you socializing with anyone even your own co workers in your own department, they come off as nice when you first start but once you hit your 1 year everything changes.

      Beautiful, respectful environment Kindly /Supportive management Great team work ethic Best dispatch/ LEOs in the state Well structured policies and goals

      Cons

      Tools are minimalist in some fashion, e.g. some command line software still in use, but overall it wasn’t inhibitive. Generally, I really liked the brand, the job, and the people, and only left for unique opportunity.
