Pros
-It's pretty secure if you have a good department manager, despite upper management making you fear losing your job -Scheduling is quite flexible - you can design your own hours, basically -Great benefits if you can be on your feet full-time hours -Most employees have each other's backs
Cons
-Overly rigid scheduling structure for time off -Pathetic pay for the work you do and following sales goals, completing regular trainings, etc -Extreme micromanaging and poor communication from managers about what's happening on the floor -Takes itself too seriously -Customer base can be hard to deal with -Rigid dress code and pages upon pages of rules
