Pros

You don't have to work major holidays, all the stores are closed.

Cons

Absolutely everything. Management is awful. They are primarily dumb, straight out of college, sorority like blonde females. I'm not kidding either. Take a poll on their management. Its assumed they pick these idiots to run the stores because their superiors can mold them into little robots. They do not care about their employees and are constantly throwing them under the bus to make themselves look good. They don't know how to hire and end up hiring complete idiots. Once they hired someone with severe social anxiety and had a problem being in front of people... this is retail sales what were they thinking. This girl said she even mentioned this during an interview. DON'T WORK HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. YOU WILL GET SUCKED IN WITH NO ESCAPE. The hours are miserable and you cannot have a set schedule and it makes it hard to have any sort of a life.

Pros

Always someone new to Brainwash

Cons

-The worst retail company to ever work for, I have worked in the retail industry my whole life and was heavily recruited on campus, to join their team! Was asked to be apart of the EDProgram. -After seeing, listening and hearing all the gossip. I had to go, management will talk about their own employee likes dogs. So unhappy with their lives and their career choice that they make everyone in their store miserable. -Sad thing is they want the employees to the treat their customers like royalty but the management and upper management treats them like S&%#, how does that work?! -Dress code? Only company in the world with such a strict dress code and it is retail? You try to sale trendy fashion but wont even allow your employees to wear half the clothes you sale? How does that work? -Faster than you can say "Jack Rabbit" someone is getting fired, quitting or demoted! How does that work? worked with the company for 6months and saw almost 40 people leave in that time period! -Love the Retail industry, but an awful place to work, horrible! STAY AWAY!

Pros

Closed major holidays including Memorial Day jul 4th and labor day, time and a half on Sundays, decent product selection...sales job without high pressure to make numbers.. Customer service is more important, besides a few weeks in December the work environment is relatively low stress

Cons

-The customer is always right...you will get written up for the smallest customer complaint -Management is awful and incompetent... Repeatedly had to by- pass the floor manager to get direction from store manager -big brother is watching you... Management uses the security cameras to manage rather than work with the employees and give feedback in the moment -training is ok if you are a new hire...but if you are promoted its sink or swim into the next role -must have open availability they do not work around your schedule-single moms or any one with a life stay clear and requesting time off can be very difficult most of the time -women must wear skirts and panty hose -the company is very conservative with very conservative customers you must be PC at all times
