      Great Place to Work for Opportunity

      Pros

      Pay is based on performance so you are in charge of your increases. Very professional, rewarding company to work for. Hard work may be required, but it is rewarded.

      Cons

      You may be limited in promotions if you are limited to staying at one store. Relocation allows you to have more positions to choose from, but sometimes you can't move. Retail means weekends and if you want weekends off, you won't make it here.

      Pros

      Great pay Growth opportunities Co-workers Closed on major holiday's and no holiday hours Time and a half on Sunday's Money for customer compliments (so extra money for doing your job!) Nice environment Great merchandise Associates are empowered to take care of customer situations without having to call management Open door policy

      Cons

      Weekends-If weekends off are what you are looking for then you probably shouldn't work retail Standing on your feet- If you don't want to stand on your feet then don't work retail If you are looking for a "clerking" position this is not for you!
