-Upper management, under direction of store Manager, makes for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant working environment. Lower managers are asked to spy on other employees and feed information to store Manager to be used against associates and a way to leverage career growth for those who give negative information -Women must wear skirts everyday, in this day and age this rule alone should be illegal -Tape of piano recording is played on repeat when live pianist isn’t there. This music has reportedly not been changed since store opening. This makes for a very unpleasant work environment for employees and any customer under the age of 85. -Employees are shamed for taking sick time or fmla, even for life-threatening circumstances such as cancer -Pay is abhorrently low and well below living wage -Store security spends far more time intimidating employees than protecting them and store inventory

Management is horrible, too much favoritism and it shows, the company is stuck on traditional and that’s why they lack in moral, they hire from outside before within (but this only applies to African-Americans.
