Pros

Great training, and opportunity to make good money. Very nice store with nice merchandise. Plenty of advancement opportunity. Family owned company with sensible drug policy, don't do drugs at work, that means they do not require collection of your bodily fluids.

Cons

The only downside, while I worked there was the scheduling system. Schedules were generated by computer system that did not have any consistency, at all. It was hectic in a way... Surely they've fixed that by now...

Pros

Discount, connections, nice customers & coworkers. Great for those seeking adjustable hours but mainly in the evening. Time flies when you're working there!

Cons

You have to wear panty hose and the long hours on your feet require the ugly/comfy shoes. Also you can't drink water on the floor!
